Mooas Inc. (hereinafter the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of users of the Mooas LED App (hereinafter the "App").
1. Collection of Personal Information
The App can be used without member registration, and does not collect any personal information that could identify users, such as name, contact information, email, or location data.
All functions of the App (time synchronization, device settings and control, alarm/mood light settings) operate via a direct Bluetooth connection between the user's smartphone and the product, and setting information is stored only on the user's device and the product. No personal information is transmitted to the Company's servers or any external servers.
2. App Access Permissions
The App requests only the minimum access permissions necessary to provide its services.
· Required Permission — Bluetooth (Android: Nearby Devices / iOS: Bluetooth): Used to search for, connect to, and control the product.
The above permission is used solely for communication with the product, and no personal information is collected, stored, or transmitted through it. Access permissions can be changed at any time in the smartphone's settings menu; if the required permission is not granted, the product connection feature cannot be used.
3. Provision to Third Parties, Outsourcing of Processing, and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
As the Company does not collect personal information, there are no matters concerning the provision of personal information to third parties, outsourcing of processing, or overseas transfer.
4. Protection of Children's Personal Information
As the App does not collect personal information, it likewise does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If the Company begins to collect personal information in the future due to the addition of App features or other reasons, the Company will reflect the collected items, purposes, retention period, etc. in this Privacy Policy and will provide notice, such as through an in-app announcement, at least 7 days before implementation (or at least 30 days before implementation for changes significant to users' rights).
