The term

hardware, operating system information, mobile device version, device
identification number, screen resolution, etc.

browsers, or other programs that are used to access the other programs of
our service, your IP address and mobile devices use for the version and
device identification code;

such as the web search term you use, the URL of the social media page you

authorization, our server will extract video, pictures, software name, version
number and so on from your device, and upload them to the server through
encryption for comparison to match the display function corresponding to video,
pictures and software.
1.2.5 Camera information
When you use the functions of scanning QR code, taking photos and shooting
video, we will access the relevant permissions of your device camera and collect
the pictures and video information you provided based on scanning QR code and
shooting photos. If you refuse to provide permissions and content, you will only be
unable to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other MMK
Impuls features
1.2.6 The location information
You may authorize the device location function to be turned on and use our
location-based services. Of course, you may also disable the location function to
stop us from collecting your location information at any time.
1.2.9 Bluetooth
You need to enable Bluetooth to use MMK Impuls related hardware training
equipment. If you refuse to enable it, you will be unable to use MMK Impuls
training box and MMK Impuls training suit.

We may use the information collected above for the following purposes:

fitness data from HeathKit to calculate training consumption. To simplify your
input process, we read your weight data from HeathKit. At the same time, the
training data you generate in the MMK Impuls App will be synchronized with
HeathKit from apple. Any information obtained through the use of HeathKit,
such as weight and heart rate data, will not be Shared or sold to any third party,
including advertisers and other agents. We will not use HeathKit information
for marketing, advertising, and similar services.6. We will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any non-affiliated third
party unless:
6.1 Relevant laws and regulations, legal procedures, mandatory requirements of
government agencies;
6.2 To transfer in order to complete a merger, division, acquisition, or transfer of
assets;

6.4 You use the sharing feature;
