TWALKS APP Privacy Policy

sjty2014 built the TWALKS APP as a free app. This service is provided by sjty2014 at no cost and is intended for use with TWALKS products.

Collection and Use:

• To enable basic functions (such as controlling the power of intelligent products, massage modes and intensities, music playback, etc.).
• Location-based functions (location information needs to be enabled, solely for functional implementation, such as searching for nearby devices for Bluetooth pairing).
• Reading audio files (for playing music on your phone).
• Improving products and services and addressing feedback issues (contact information needs to be submitted, solely for communication and feedback).
• Security measures (using account, device, and software information for identity verification and preventing security risks).

Storage:

• Information is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and cross-border transmission complies with laws and regulations.
• The storage period conforms to policy requirements and laws and regulations.
• When the operation ceases, users will be notified, and information will be deleted or anonymized.

Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure:
