This Privacy Policy applies to all services including Apollo Lights smart lighting hardware, mobile APP and official e-commerce website.


2. APP Device Connection Description

Our APP connects smart lighting hardware via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to support light control functions such as power switch, brightness & color adjustment, timing scene setup. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permissions are only used for local communication between your mobile device and light fixtures. We will not upload surrounding Bluetooth device lists or local area network device information without your consent.


3. Information We Collect

3.1 Personal Identifiable Information

  1. Third-Party Google Account Login You may log in and register an account via your Google Email. We only obtain your Google-bound email address as your account identifier, and will not access additional data in your Google account including contacts, emails and cloud files.
  2. Device Information: IMEI, light device ID, firmware & OS version, device model, access IP, network and regional location data
  3. E-commerce Purchase Data: Account ID, full name, phone number, delivery address, order records, invoices and purchased item lists
  4. Device Activation Profile: Age, height, weight, gender, birthday, profile photo and signature you voluntarily provide
  5. Cloud Sync Data: Light timing records, device operation status, sensor activity data and smart alarm information
  6. Shared Content Information: Contact details of your friends or family provided by you. You must obtain prior consent from those third parties before sharing their personal data with us.

3.2 Non-Personal Anonymous Data

Language preference, postal code, time zone, device crash logs, approximate geographic location, browser cookies, click logs and anonymous statistics of your APP lighting control operations.


4. How We Use Your Information

  1. Complete Google account login, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi device pairing & light control, order fulfillment and after-sales support; verify user identity to prevent fraud and unauthorized account access.
  2. Optimize Bluetooth & Wi-Fi connection stability, upgrade software and hardware, and troubleshoot malfunctions using anonymous aggregated statistics.
  3. Send notifications for product updates and service announcements; you may unsubscribe from marketing and promotional messages at any time.
  4. Provide customized lighting scene recommendations, conduct user surveys and operate online campaigns.
  5. Deliver equipment maintenance, verify software licenses and analyze operational efficiency.


5. Information Sharing Rules (Minimal Compliance Version)

We will never sell your personal information. Your data will only be shared under the following limited circumstances:

  1. Service Fulfillment: We share necessary data with logistics providers, cloud storage operators and customer service vendors. All partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and may only process your information to deliver requested services.

Disabling Bluetooth/Wi-Fi permissions will disconnect your APP from lighting devices and render control functions unavailable; revoking other permissions may limit partial APP features.
  3. In-App Settings: You may manually turn off location access and user experience data collection within the APP.
  4. Google Account Unbinding: Contact our support team to unlink your Google login account and switch to alternative login methods.


8. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

  1. Google Login service is governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy. We only retrieve your email address required for login and bear no liability for data collection activities conducted by Google.
  2. All third-party tools, external website links and auxiliary services integrated in the APP maintain independent privacy policies. Please review their terms separately, and we shall not be held responsible for their data practices.


9. Minors Protection

We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors or distribute marketing materials to underage users. If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has submitted personal data to us without prior approval, please contact us to permanently delete all relevant records.
