MIAOTU (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is developed and provided by Guangzhou Miaotu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the Company"). The Application is dedicated to providing users with Bluetooth connection and smart light control functions, including but not limited to light on/off control, brightness adjustment, color adjustment, and multi-device switching.
We fully respect and protect users’ personal privacy. This Privacy Policy clearly explains how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect your personal information and device permissions when you use our services, which complies with Google Play and relevant global privacy compliance requirements.
To realize the core smart light control functions of the Application, we only apply for and use the following necessary device permissions. All permissions are used merely for service implementation, with no additional collection of user personal data.
2.1 Location Permission
This permission is only used for Bluetooth device scanning and connection to ensure normal discovery and connection of smart light hardware. We do not collect, record, track or upload your real-time geographic location information for any other purposes.
2.2 Microphone & Audio Recording Permission
This permission is only used to obtain local audio signals to realize the music rhythm lighting effect of smart lights. All audio data is processed locally on your mobile device and will not be uploaded, stored or shared to our server or any third parties.
2.3 Camera & Photo Media Permission
This permission is only used for real-time camera color capture or local picture color identification, to synchronize and match the light color of smart devices. All image and picture data is processed locally without server uploading or permanent storage.
2.4 No Extra Data Collection
We solemnly confirm that we will not collect any personal information including but not limited to user identity information, contact information, browsing records and irrelevant device data beyond the above-mentioned necessary permissions.
